Ireland/Portugal/Spain Shipping Suspended

We're temporary paused shipping to addresses in all these countries due to delays and issues at customs.

UK Delivery Name Changes

Tracked 48 is the new name for Free Shipping and Next Day Delivery is Tracked 24.

Shipping

Shipping is free for all UK Mianland Orders. 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class. Next Day Delivery is availablke at an additional cost.

Please Note: Orders placed after 3pm. Adding 1 working day to the delivery service. Orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday, will be delivered on the next working day which is the following Monday.

For orders placed on a non working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date. If your item is Over-Weight (Over 20kgs) or you are located in a remote area you may incur an additional charge. If this is the case the cost will be automatically calculated by our system at the checkout phase.

We are now able to offer delivery to most Countries. Delivery charges exclude any import taxes, charges, duties or clearance costs and we shall not be liable for such sums.

International delivery price will vary depending on the weight of your items. This will be shown during checkout.

If your item is Over-Sized or Over-Weight (Over 50kgs) you may incur an additional Price. If this is the case you will be contacted once your order is placed.

Please Note: Due to carriage restrictions, we are unable to ship hazardous chemicals, aerosols or liquid items to Europe. Orders containing such items will be processed without the restricted items. All delivery methods are trackable and will require a signature.

Delivery timescales will vary for items which are not marked as in-stock.

We now provide a click & collect service for orders in the UK. All click & collect orders can be picked up from our main warehouse during opening hours. 

Our click & collect service is free and and you can pick your order in as little as 1 hour.

To use this service simply add all your items to your basket as usual. On checkout select 'pick up' at the checkout and let us know your name and phone number so we can let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Select a payment method and pay online. Once your order is processed you'll be sent an email and/or text containing your order confirmation you need to bring with you so we can provide you with all your new parts. 

We are closed on all the UK Bank Holidays. No orders will be fulfilled on these days instead the orders will be fulfilled on the next working day after. 

We are also closed on Sundays which means no orders will be fulfilled on these days.

Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.

No. All of our couriers require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the item. This cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.

Dependent on the delivery method you have selected at checkout and availability we will show when your order will be dispatched on the cart and checkout page.

When your order has been processed and dispatched and selected a Trackable option at checkout you will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation which you can use on Royal Mail/Parcelforce websites.

Finding your parts Using Search

You can search all our parts, brands and categories by using the white search box at the top of the website. In the box type in anything related to the product your searching for for example:

Using Menu

The menu at the top of the website allows you to browse all our categories. We've categorised our products into useful groups, clicking on any category will show all the products and brands within that category. 

Once you've found your part or accessories click the blue 'Add to Cart' button and your item will be added to your basket. 

Once you have added your parts into your basket, click the white cart icon at the top of the website. Review your order and click the blue 'Checkout' button and follow the steps. 

We currently accept the following credit cards on caratech.co.uk – Mastercard, VISA, Visa Debit and American Express.

Yes, we accept PayPal for all orders on caratech.co.uk. Please select the PayPal button on the cart or alternatively at checkout select the PayPal option.

Our site will always show the native currency the country you’re visiting the website from. If the incorrect currency is shown, please select the correct currency using the menu at the top of the website. At checkout, caratech.co.uk will always process your payment in GBP.

Your bank may charge a fee for international transactions. Alternatively please use PayPal to complete your purchase.

We no longer accept orders via telephone. Our website is available 24/7 and secure. All products and offers will always be shown on caratech.co.uk. We are unable to accept orders via email too.

All orders are charged immediately the order is placed and confirmed.

All our items online include VAT. Our checkout will show a breakdown of this.

We also accept both Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept payments via Amazon. 

We no longer provide repairs and servicing at our warehouse this terminated in 2018.

Returns and Refunds

You will receive your refund within 14 days from when the goods are returned to us.

Normally it shows on the day of refund confirmation by us. If it’s not there, try looking back to the date when you bought the items – some banks now highlight the refund credit against the initial debit date (or up to 7 days after this date depending on your bank’s processing time).

If your order has an item that is below standard please get in touch with our team by contacting us online. 

For items that are missing in your order please get in touch with us using the contact details on your order confirmation so we can locate your order quickly.

As per our returns policy most items are valid for return expect from  the following categories:

1) Perishable products - Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including perishable products such as plants or turf, will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.

2) Items for hygienic reasons – e.g. used/open toilet seats/mattresses

3) Items containing petrol or any kind of combustible material (e.g. a heater. Please empty any product of such material before returning.

For products purchased on our website there is no charge for returning products.

For orders made on caratech.co.uk you will need to print a label when returning the product, but we do ask you return the product in its original packaging including any delivery packaging.

We require all parts to have all packaging and associated parts original condition so we can investigate the return further. This is done on a case by case basis. 

This is dependent on the items included in the return our team will be in touch with you via email to discuss methods of organising the exchange/refund.

Products

Unfortunately, we can only supply parts, we do not offer the service to fit parts.

We no longer sell caravans or motorhomes.

This is dependent on parts. We will do our best to order the part for you through our team.

Unless specially stated in the description on the product page we don’t include any extra parts in order to fit the item.

Our website will always inform you if the item is in or out of stock. This can be found via the product page. You won’t be able to add the item to your basket if it is out of stock.

We receive multiple deliveries to our Lincolnshire Warehouse weekly. We aim to keep our website stocked every weekday. If your item is out of stock it could be up to 7 working days until the item is back in stock.

We no longer sell gas at our warehouse.

We do have a trade counter. Details on how to find us can be seen by clicking here. Our trade counter is stocked with all the parts we have available on our website. 

We have no product recall announcements to show.
