Buying new caravan parts could not be easier. Caratech.co.uk is updated around the clock with stock updates, new parts and videos. Our team have have added product information such and descriptions and SKU numbers to help finding the part fast.
Once the order is placed you cannot cancel your order. We recommend you get in touch with us by emailing info@caratech.co.uk with your order number and we will try our best to cancel your order.
There could be a number of reasons why an item is missing in your delivery: The item is temporarily out of stock Does your invoice have TO FOLLOW written where the part number should be (shows where the part number should be on an invoice)? Then we are currently out of stock of the product, and will be sending this part out to you on a priority. The item was dispatched separately The item could have been dispatched separately due to the extra care and attention which is required. The item was classed as a dangerous good Dangerous goods may be handled separately, due to the delicate nature of the product.

You can get an update on your order status by checking your order in your My Account section. You will need to [sign in] to access this area.
Text Message (SMS)
If you ticked the option to be updated via text message we'll send a message to your phone when your order has been dispatched.
Email
All updates will be sent directly to the email address you used while placing an order.
Facebook Messenger
We are trailing the option to send order updates and delivery information via Facebook.
Codes can be entered via the cart and checkout pages. Once the code is entered click enter and the discount will be applied to your order instantly.
