You will receive your refund within 14 days from when the goods are returned to us.
Normally it shows on the day of refund confirmation by us. If it’s not there, try looking back to the date when you bought the items – some banks now highlight the refund credit against the initial debit date (or up to 7 days after this date depending on your bank’s processing time).
If your order has an item that is below standard please get in touch with our team by contacting us online.
For items that are missing in your order please get in touch with us using the contact details on your order confirmation so we can locate your order quickly.
If you’re unable to return your product because of the current restrictions, we will accept a late return providing that the product meets all of the other terms of our returns policy, including proof of purchase requirement i.e. order conformation email or order number.
As per our returns policy most items are valid for return expect from the following categories:
1) Perishable products - Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including perishable products such as plants or turf, will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered.
2) Items for hygienic reasons – e.g. used/open toilet seats/mattresses
3) Items containing petrol or any kind of combustible material (e.g. a heater. Please empty any product of such material before returning.
For products purchased on our website there is no charge for returning products.
For orders made on caratech.co.uk you will need to print a label when returning the product, but we do ask you return the product in its original packaging including any delivery packaging.
We require all parts to have all packaging and associated parts original condition so we can investigate the return further. This is done on a case by case basis.
This is dependent on the items included in the return our team will be in touch with you via email to discuss methods of organising the exchange/refund.
