A Caratech Trade account provides trade and business customers site wide discounts on all orders. It's our way to provide savings to customers who purchase on a daily basis for servicing and repairs. It also provides additional services such as a invoicing for cash flow and account management so you can download and manage orders fast and anytime.

All trade accounts are free and will always remain free.

Trade allows you to login and download invoices from all your orders regardless of purchase date. We also provide additional shipping options at checkout dependent on the order size and weight. 

Customer accounts don't have an instant discount applied to items on caratech.co.uk it also doesn't provide on demand invoicing. 

Your trade account is for you and your business anyone who is employed at the registered address on your account can use the trade account at anytime. Everyone will use the same account to login and access the trade benefits.

All trade customers have access to email support of which they can email an order ID and our team will send and upload an invoice for your order.

We're currently trailing a credit scheme for trade customers. In the meantime we don't provide any pay later schemes expect PayPal's own 'Pay Later' scheme.

Trade accounts are reviewed daily by our team. Whilst we don;t have an exact rolling use rule we continually monitor all accounts based on usage and may review your application if an order hasn't been placed for a while.

We always keep our trade customers up to date with stock information and any quantity discounts we're currently running. We often check in with our trade customers to ensure everything is running as expected. You may choose to unsubscribe to marketing emails however our team will still keep in touch with you regarding any order updates.

Our trade accounts are only available to businesses and trades people with a registered address and business name.

Caravan park teams can apply for a trade account but all members of the park must use the same account for delivery purposes.

Unfortnylu our trade account is for businesses only. We recommend you register for a customer account to be sent discounts when available.

Applications can take 1-3 working days dependent o. the type of business applying.

Our team will be in touch with you via email once your application has been reviewed and approved. You'll then be able to start using the Trade benefits right away.

Trade orders can only be placed on caratech.co.uk (this website) and you must be logged in to the account you registered with. Trade orders can be picked up from our main warehouse too.
