Caratech trade is a new service we've introduces for trade customers and caravan parks. It helps making buying new parts daily fast and easy whilst saving on the go. It also includes a number of benefits that help make managing orders in bulk easy and invoicing features made for accounting. A Caratech Trade account provides trade and business customers site wide discounts on all orders. It's our way to provide savings to customers who purchase on a daily basis for servicing and repairs. It also provides additional services such as a invoicing for cash flow and account management so you can download and manage orders fast and anytime.
Applying for a Trade account is simple. Click the 'Apply Now' button below and complete the application. You'll need to follow the Trade criteria to be accepted. This means as part of the application you need to include one or more:
A registered business name
A registered caravan park address
Valid live website that shows your company services.
Having these available at the time of of application can help ensure our team can validate and approve your application fast and easy.

It's simple to use a trade account. All you need to do is login to your account and shop as you would normally on caratech.co.uk. You'll see your trade prices while browsing the website at cart and checkout. Ordering is also the same and we'll show you the trade savings you are making.
We'll send an invoice to the email on account once the order has been processed at our warehouse. You'll also be able to login and see invoices for all previous orders made in the last 180 days. If you require an invoice anytime after this please get in touch with us and we'll be able to send an invoice manually to the email address on account.
When your application is approved you'll recieve an email which contains comntact information for any questions related to your account and orders. Please refer to this email to ensure your query is picked up correctly.
Anyone in the registered business at the time of application can use all the benefits a trade account provides. Everyone uses the same account information (username and password) and the service is the same regardless who places an order or where it is delivered.
All invoices associated to your account regardless of user will be available on your account. If you require any changes or if. the invoice is older than 180 days you need to contact us (contact details in your trade application email) to arrange this.
We're currently trailing a credit scheme for trade customers. In the meantime we don't provide any pay later schemes expect PayPal's own 'Pay Later' scheme.
Yes, we are accepting trade applications from customers outside of the United Kingdom
All orders and payments are exactly the same with a couple if additions to payment methods and shipping methods. All these will be shown at checkout. All trade orders must be paid at time of order.

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Each order can only use 1 payment method. You may use different payment methods per order. Our system will always check your billing details as per your shipping details to avoid fraud and pass our security checks before the order is processed.

If your not able to see the trade prices on any category or product page symbolised with a 'discount' badge ensure your account is active by visiting 'my account' and showing your previous orders.
If both these methods do not show the trade prices as expected then please contact us and our team will check your application and followup with further details how you can see the trade prices.
Please get in touch with our team who will be able to process any updates to your account. We will not be able to update any invoices that have already been created.
If you wish to close your account please use the contact details in your application confirmation email to arrange a closure of account.
Please note this action cannot be reversed. You will need to ensure that you have downloaded all your invoices and order confirmations before getting in touch with us.
