RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund if the policy is complied with.

PLEASE read all adverts in full, PCB items do not always carry a warranty !!!

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice which includes the item you are returning.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return within 2 working days. Please allow at least 1-5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

•   Electrical Items
•   Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

• This item is in a sealed box and security stamped - it is a new electrical part.
  A 'try before you buy or to test your system then return is not an option. Therefore there are no returns unless proved faulty on return to the supplier for inspection - then a refund will be offered. Please make sure it is definitely the PCB that has failed - if not sure please use your local dealer!
