Unwanted Items
If you have received your order and no longer need the item or have ordered the incorrect item you can return to us without confirming with us.
To return an item please inform us by emailing info@caratech.co.uk.
You can then send the order back use the courier of your choosing but please ensure you use a traceable service to avoid any loss issues.

Returns Outside 14 Days
We keep to a strict non-return policy outside of the 14 day distance selling regulations unless an item is faulty. Please do not return an item to us outside of this period without requesting a cost to restock. Some items we can restock with a restocking fee, others we cannot restock outside of the required 14 day window.
Faulty Items
If your product is damaged on delivery or has developed a fault within the warranty period please contact us at info@caratech.co.uk explaining the issue and send some images across. We can then let you know next steps including contacting the manufacturer etc.
